What file formats do you deliver?
DST is standard, and we also deliver PES, EXP, JEF, XXX or VP3 — whatever your machine reads, at no extra cost.
How long does digitizing take?
Most files are turned around within 1–2 business days. Rush requests are available — just mention your deadline when you reach out.
Can you match my thread colors?
Yes. Send Pantone values if you have them; otherwise we match as closely as possible to your artwork and include the breakdown with your file.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes — we want the stitch-out to run right. Revisions are included until the file is approved.
My logo is low resolution. Is that a problem?
Not usually. Digitizing is done by hand from the shapes in your artwork, so even a rough or low-res reference is often enough to start.
