  • Quote and contact requests. When you use our quote form or patch quote calculator, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number (if given), the service you need, sizes, quantities, deadlines, links to artwork and your message.
  • Emails and artwork. When you email us, we receive your message and any files you attach, such as logos and reference images.
  • Newsletter signups. If you subscribe, we receive your email address.
  • Live chat. If you use the chat window, we receive the messages you send and any details you choose to share.
  • Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider and the services listed below may automatically receive basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotes.
  • To carry out orders, including creating files, producing patches and arranging shipping.
  • To send our newsletter, only if you've subscribed and confirmed your subscription.
  • To keep the website working, secure and easy to use.

We do not sell your personal information. Artwork you send us is used only to work on your project.

Services we use

We rely on a small number of third-party services to run this website. Each one processes information under its own privacy policy:

  • Formspree receives and delivers messages sent through our quote forms.
  • Brevo manages our newsletter list and sends confirmation and newsletter emails.
  • Tawk.to provides the live chat window and stores chat conversations.
  • Google Fonts serves the fonts used on this site, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.
  • Our web host stores and serves the website and keeps standard server logs.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries, order details and artwork for as long as we need them to serve you and to handle reorders, and for as long as we're required to for business and tax records. Newsletter subscribers stay on the list until they unsubscribe.

Your choices

  • You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in every email.
  • You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@conception360.com.
  • You can use the website without filling in any form or using the chat.
