Every detail of a patch — the base, the edge, the backing — is a choice. We'll walk you through what fits your use case.
- Base material — Twill, felt, denim, canvas or PVC.
- Border — Merrow (classic stitched edge), heat-cut or laser-cut for detailed shapes.
- Backing — Iron-on, sew-on, adhesive or Velcro hook & loop.
- Extras — Metallic thread, glow-in-the-dark, and 3D puff on request.

Patch pricing depends on several factors that change from one order to the next — so rather than post numbers that won't match your actual patch, we quote every project individually, free of charge.
- Size & shape — Larger and custom die-cut shapes use more material.
- Patch type — Embroidered, PVC, woven and chenille each have different production costs.
- Coverage & colors — More thread coverage and colors add production time.
- Quantity — Per-patch cost drops significantly as order size grows.

Why isn't pricing listed on this page?
Patch cost depends on size, type, coverage and quantity — factors that are different for every order. We quote each project individually so the number you get is accurate, not a rough estimate.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
We can accommodate small runs as well as bulk orders — let us know your quantity and we'll quote accordingly.
Can you match my brand colors?
Yes. Send Pantone values if you have them; otherwise we match as closely as possible to your artwork.
How long does production take?
