How to get a quote
What to send us for an accurate price.
The more of this you can tell us, the faster and more accurate your quote. If you don't know an answer yet, leave it blank and we'll recommend something.
- Your artwork as a vector file, high-res image or even a clear photo or sketch.
- Patch size in inches, usually the width or the average of width and height.
- Quantity you need, because the per-patch price drops as quantity goes up.
- Patch type: embroidered, PVC, leather or 3D puff.
- Backing: iron-on, sew-on, adhesive or Velcro hook and loop.
- Deadline and delivery country, so we can confirm the timeline.

No two patches cost the same.
Patch pricing depends on several factors that change from one order to the next. Rather than post numbers that won't match your actual patch, we quote every project individually, free of charge, and confirm the price before production starts.
- Size & shape — Larger and custom die-cut shapes use more material.
- Patch type — Embroidered, PVC, leather and 3D puff each have different production costs.
- Coverage & colors — More thread coverage and colors add production time.
- Quantity — Per-patch cost drops significantly as order size grows.

Do you manufacture and ship the patches?
Yes — we handle design, manufacturing and quality control, then ship finished patches to you.
Why isn't pricing listed on this page?
Patch cost depends on size, type, coverage and quantity — factors that are different for every order. We quote each project individually so the number you get is accurate, not a rough estimate.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Our minimum is 50 pieces per design. Larger quantities lower the price per patch, so tell us your quantity and we'll quote accordingly.
Can you match my brand colors?
Yes. Send Pantone values if you have them; otherwise we match as closely as possible to your artwork.
What artwork do I need to send?
A vector file is ideal, but a high-resolution image, a clear photo or a sketch is enough to quote. If the artwork needs cleaning up before production, we'll tell you.
Will I see the patch before it's made?
Yes. You receive a digital proof showing the design, size, colors, border and backing, and production only starts once you approve it.
Which backing should I choose?
Sew-on is the most permanent. Iron-on is quick for cotton and polyester blends. Velcro hook and loop lets you swap patches on uniforms and bags. Adhesive suits temporary or promotional use.
How long does production take?
Most orders are produced and shipped within 10–15 days. Rush options are available — mention your deadline when you request a quote.
